What is your return policy?

Because items are gently used, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect items prior to purchasing.  TTT has a team of volunteer inspectors who inspect items quickly for quality and cleanliness, but do not always catch all flaws. Our return policy is All Sales Final.  On a case by case basis returns will be accepted for items that TTT believes may have been misrepresented by the consignor, and must include the TTT Tag. Please inspect your items and contact TTT immediately after purchase if you have an issue with an item.  Once the event is closed for the season, TTT cannot offer any refunds whatsoever. TTT holds their consignors responsible for these situations as they arise.
