No, ANY color star on a tag indicates that it is Discounted. Colors vary because each Seller prints their own tags. using different printer settings.

How much is left by discount days?
Although a lot has sold during the week of the event, there are still a ton of bargains to be found.
What if an item is marked for 50% Off AND donate? What price would it sell for during Double Dollar Dash?
TTT will sell it at the lower rate during Double Dollar Dash. For example: an item regularly marked at $1.50, discount, AND donate would sell for 75 cents during 50% Off and Double Dollar Dash because it would be cheaper than $2.
